Faith vs. Science? –Faith is required to believe in creation or evolution. Adherents of both views make claims about an unrepeatable past that was not observed by humans. Creationists though have the advantage of appealing to God (and his Word), who knows all things, was always there, created everything, is all powerful, and cannot lie. That’s why both models of creation and evolution compete under the category of historical science—using science to today to help confirm what we read God’s Word.
Historical (i.e., origins) science is distinctly different from operational (i.e., observable, repeatable) science, which is used to build computers, create vaccines, or put men on the moon. Biblical creationists and evolutionists both interpret origins evidence based on their own beliefs (starting points) about the past, both firmly within the domain of historical science.
Evolution – Biological evolution is the supposed process by which the first cell evolved into the diversity of life we see today. Natural selection and mutations are considered its driving force; however, evolution has never been observed despite numerous protestations to the contrary. Natural selection and mutations cannot add the information necessary to change one kind of organism into another.
Evolution Defined: “Macro vs. Micro” Evolution
Evolution is a word that is used a lot but is poorly defined. Evolutionists themselves frequently equivocate on the term, using it to mean multiple things, sometimes even within the same sentence.
“Macroevolution” is used to describe the large-scale changes believed to be able to turn a blob of protoplasm into a person. By contrast, “microevolution” is intended to describe the small-scale changes in populations, such as those exhibited by Darwin’s finches—the finch populations change beak sizes regularly in response to environmental pressures. However, they remain finches. No new traits or major changes take place.
Since the term evolution is so strongly associated with the particles-to-people myth, we tend to use the word speciation to explain adaptation and variation within the created kinds, such as that exhibited by the finches. Because the small-scale changes generally lead to a loss of genetic information rather than a gain of new information needed to create new traits like arms and eyes, microevolution can never lead to macroevolution. Evolutionists tend to use these ideas interchangeably. For this reason, we avoid those terms, preferring to speak of speciation within created kinds (which we can observe and verify) and molecules-to-man evolution (which is unobservable and unverifiable).
No Increase in Genetic Information
There is no known observable process by which new genetic information can be added to an organism’s genetic code, let alone how that information or a complex DNA language code structure could arise from random chemicals in the first place. Information requires an intelligent source, since it requires not only data but also the ability to decode that data. This alone is enough to refute evolution because there’s no way for a fish to become an amphibian without new information.
Radiometric Dating /Carbon Dating
Radiometric Dating is a controversy in the dates given to rocks and the age of the earth but this practice are filled with assumptions.
3 assumptions are: 1) the starting unstable atoms are known, 2)the rate of radioactive decay is always constant,3)all atoms are by-products of decay, this is worse after the cold war due to large radioactive contamination during large scale surface nuclear testing. This should not be called dating but be named Carbon or Atom counting, there are no dates in actual atoms. No were does a rock tell us historical dates or its millions of years old. Creation vs. Evolution
One of the biggest challenges to biblical creation today is evolutionary ideas. The idea of evolution (i.e., biological evolution), big bang (i.e., cosmological and astronomical evolution), abiogenesis (chemical evolution), and millions of years (geological evolution) doesn’t fit with the Bible because it is rooted in the religion of secular humanism (man’s word)—a religion that tries to explain the world without God. Ideas about how life could have started on earth overlook one important rule in biology: life doesn’t, cannot, and will never come from non-life. Life always comes from life. That’s the law—the law of biogenesis, to be exact. Scientists who try to simulate the origin of life really show how much intelligence is required for life to begin in the first place.

Consider Afterlife: Be prepared for the inevitable and death can happen anytime. Hypothetically in this scenario there are 2 possible outcomes, though it’s very difficult to prove God doesn’t exist, If the Atheist is correct about afterlife then the Christian/Creationists does not lose anything after death. If the Creationist is correct, the Atheist will lose their soul, spending eternity in hell paying for their sins for rejecting God. If you stay in your sin, you will be a slave to sin and its consequences, fear and death and thereafter. Choose God’s Love and accept Jesus Christ; live lives filled with purpose and live eternally.
